The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Suzhou Communist Youth League’s Involvement In The Youth Social Organizations

The Communist Youth League is the assistant of the Communist Party of China,At present,the profound changes in economic and social development has brought severe challenges to the Communist Youth League.The communist youth league organizations in contemporary youth attraction weakening cohesion,however,the youth social organizations are springing up,to a certain extent with the traditional youth work into competition.The communist youth league should grasp the government,social organization and market service overall supply mechanism of youth.Play a role of the communist youth league hub,extremely to the party and government,social organizations and gain market share.Give full play to the youth social organizations in specialization and socialization service the important functions of youth.In recent years,the Communist Youth League of Suzhou has been exploring the way of the Communist Youth League to intervene in the youth social organizations by strengthening the contact with the youth social organizations,and achieved good social effects.This paper is on the basis of the theory of government failure,the third sector and social governance.This paper compared the characteristics of the communist youth league and the youth social organizations as well as their advantages and disadvantages.This paper has chosen the communist youth league in Suzhou intervention developed environment of the youth social organizations.Analyzed the achievements of communist youth league in Suzhou intervene in youth social organizations,including providing hierarchical classification services,implementation of the communist youth league youth scientific management of social organizations,docking talent,capital and project,strengthening the communist youth league to cultivate the youth social organizations growth,penetrating group consciousness effectively,thinking on theorganization of the communist youth league youth social guidance.Meanwhile,there are still many problems existing,including intervention ability is insufficient,the communist youth league of the youth social organizations effective coverage is not wide,service does not reach the designated position,the youth social organizations to undertake transfer functions of the government capability is not strong,leads not thorough,the youth social organizations of party organization recognition is not high.Through the analysis of the experience of the communist youth league of Shanghai,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the communist youth league effective intervention in the youth social organizations,Including strengthening the communist youth league of the youth social organizations effective coverage,increasing the follow-up service,promote the youth social organizations to undertake the functions of the government transfer ability,strengthening ideological guidance,deepen the youth social organizations of party organization recognition.These countermeasures for effective intervention for the communist youth league youth is of important guiding significance for social organization.
