The Effect Of The Conmmunist Youth League In Cultivating And Guiding Youth Social Organizations

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,social organizations have entered into a period of rapid development,Communist Party of China and the government pay more and more attention to social organizations in the social governance innovation.Youth social organizations are the main force of social organization,cultivating and guiding the youth social organization a healthy and orderly development is an important content of cultivating and guiding social organizations to participate in social governance innovation.The Communist Youth League,as a mass organization of a youth organization led by the Party,organizing and guiding the young people is the basic function as well as the advantage of the Communist Youth League.Therefore,the Communist Youth League should take up the task of cultivating and guiding youth social organizations,cultivate and guide the youth social organizations in the social comprehensive management.This paper studies the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the youth social organization in theory.The development of youth social organizations has benefited from the development of the market economy,the transformation of government functions,the wide application of new media and the awakening of the consciousness of youth citizens.At the same time the Communist Youth League to participate in social management innovation in facing changes in the characteristics of the youth group,the change in the way of social management,dysfunction of the physical position,social operation inflexible new challenges.The Communist Youth League and youth social organizations need to promote each other.The youth social organization is the important arm of the Communist Youth League in connection with the youth.The Communist Youth League is a bridge between the party and the government and the youth social organizations.The Communist Youth League and the youth social organizations are equal cooperative partners.This paper takes Huai'an City as an example to study the types and roles of young social organizations in practical work,and analyzes the main problems in the development of youth social organizations:identity legitimacy,limited funds,management looseness,lack of active resources and external support not enough.On the basis of this,the author puts forward the proposal of the Communist Youth League to promote the participation of youth social organizations in social governance from fore aspects:creating favorable environment,enhancing service ability,Innovation mechanism and guiding self-construction.And through the exploring of the healthy development of youth social organizations which cultivated and guided by the Huai'an Communist Youth League organizations and its achieved results,it empirically test the effective paths and feasible methods on guiding and cultivating youth social organizations by the Communist Youth League.
