Today’s society is a digital age, Internet era, its biggest feature is the openness of information. The Internet has made information sharing and rational use easier, largely played a role in promoting innovation immeasurable, information sharing innovation makes easy to form a virtuous circle. Plus ne w works relying on the existing knowledge base to generate innovative and reasonable, and the new work will be the basis for future creation. Copyright is the legal recognition and protection of intellectual achievement, providing a legal monopoly of power, monopoly benefits generated source is the motivating force. But with the continuous development of the Internet, technology continues to progress, work creation, distribution and use of earth-shaking changes have taken place. Global Internet, openness and digitized works carrier makes changes, sharing makes acquiring new works becomes convenient. O n the one hand this allows public access to information rights are fully protected, public interests are protected, work has been fully spread. But while individual interests of copyright holders, but in a weak position, copyright infringement becomes unpredictable, rights become more difficult, making the conflict between the Internet and private sharing of copyright, copyright is not conducive to achieving the legislative purpose.
