| On October 28, 2014, "The CPC Central Committee decided to comprehensively promote the rule of law on a number of important issues," stressed to accelerate the national anti-corruption legislation, improve punishing and preventing corruption, form an effective mechanism of the formation of dare not rot,cannot rot and do not want to rot, resolutely curb and prevent corruption. The study of construction of the anti-corruption legal system can greatly enrich and improve the contents of anti-corruption theory system, especially the construction of anti-corruption of our legislative system features, help us to effectively curb corruption from the source and for all.This paper mainly analyzes the current status of anti-corruption legislation in our country and the legislative experience of anti-corruption in the foreign countries from the legislative level, studies how to build our system of anti-corruption legislation. Firstly, the author analyzes theoretically the concept, characteristics and causes of corruption. The second part analyzes the relevant provisions of the anti-corruption legal systems in the international organizations and in the developed countries, and summarizes the experience of anti-corruption laws in order to provide references for the study of anti-corruption legislation in our country. The third part studies the present situation, problems of our anti-corruption legislation, as well as the reasons for the existence of the problem from both theoretical and practical level.The last part studies the control theory foundation of anti-corruption legislation in our country from the international and domestic anti-corruption legal research and practice. And put forward the advice building our country’s anti-corruption legal system framework from the corruption control policy mechanism and legal mechanism, mainly discusses the related problems on “Officials property declaration and disclosure law. |
