Studies Of The Improvement Countermeasures Of Internet Incorruptible Style Supervision Mechanism In China

Under the international historical background, all countries in the world focus on the network supervision and develop e-commerce and e-government vigorously. This is an active response to technological change and social needs. For many foreign governments, the internet platform can set up their image and interact between government and people. At present, network supervision phenomenon such as the e-commerce, network asking politic, network anti-corruption is just getting started in China.From the creation of Power BBS to the opening of report network platform by supreme people’s procuratorate, the network is stepping into the field of incorruptible style supervision for senior party and government, using the internet to promote integrity construction is becoming a consensus.In our nation, although the internet incorruptible style supervision mechanism is still in development stage, it also won a series of achievements. For example, the relevant laws and regulations, the diversification of relevant channels, the supervising agencies and officials’ attention, the expansion of supervision main body. The creation of internet incorruptible style supervision mechanism is benefit to improve the efficiency of anti-corruption construction, change to new service-oriented government and promote the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. However the incorruptible style supervision mechanism is still in the primary stage, and there are many problems to solve, such as lacking of institutionalized norms and management, lacking of the protection mechanism of main body of supervision, the distortion of the information in the process of internet incorruptible style supervision, and the government guidance is not strong enough.As a result, in order to perfect countermeasures of internet incorruptible style supervision mechanism and make a sense in our national integrity creation, in this paper, it gives suggestions from following four aspects:completing legal construction of the creation of our national internet integrity supervision mechanism, opening channels of internet incorruptible style supervision, concerning on institutional improvement of interne integrity supervision, perfecting permanent education mechanism of internet incorruptible style supervision.
