In The Process Of The Rule Of Law Of Prison Law Enforcement Standardization Question Research

The prison system to push forward the socialist rule of law enforcement standardization construction process, to improve the level of prison management refinement and efficiency of police, is conducive to social harmony and civilization.Although, prison law enforcement standardization in our country has made some achievements, but there are also many problems, how to further enhance the level of prison law enforcement standardization as the main research direction.In response to the demands and challenges of the new situation, must be in order to promote the socialist rule of law process as an opportunity to ensure that the prison police law enforcement standardization, do it in the process of law enforcement procedures, strict law enforcement. This paper discusses the connotation and significance of prison law enforcement standardization and its influencing factors,affecting the prison law enforcement standardization of favorable factors and unfavorable factors are analyzed in detail. Prison law enforcement standardization still exist in China is pointed out the existing legislation and law enforcement disconnect,feeble part of prison police’s legal consciousness and multi-level social relations hinder the prison police standardize law enforcement, and prison management problems such as backward system, and combining some cases of prison law enforcement is not standard condition, reasons and its harm are analyzed in focus. In order to solve these problems, must set in accordance with law, we should streng real thoughts, we will deepen reform of the prison management system, health prison police professionalization process, set up to adapt to the current situation of criminal punishment mechanism, establish a prison police law enforcement guarantee mechanism, to promote the rule of law in the process of further perfecting prison law enforcement standardization.
