Research On Standardization Of Law Enforcement Of Public Security Organization

Since the reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in our country's social outlook.In the rapid development of economy and society at the same time,the underlying social contradictions prominent gradually,the growing calls for justice.In order to meet the needs of social development,our country put forward the grand strategy of building a socialist country ruled by law,and the construction of service the government as an important initiative to promote social transformation.The functions of the government departments as the administrative power and judicial power,the public security organization may every act and every move lead to a strong social repercussions.In order to ensure the public security law enforcement activities of the justice and efficiency,in 2008,China formally the construction of law enforcement standardization,and received a positive response from the public security institutions around the country all levels of the country.After years of positive action,the construction of law enforcement standardization in Fuzhou city has achieved initial success,to obtain a more positive social repercussions.However,affected by the complexity of the construction itself,there are still many problems.This paper takes Fuzhou Taijiang,Cangshan,Gulou,Jinan,Shangjie,Mawei public Security Bureaus as the main object of study.Through literature survey,case analysis,questionnaire investigation method to analyze the current situation,problems and reasons of the construction of Fuzhou public security law enforcement standardization,and then puts forward corresponding strategies.Specifically,this paper is divided into five parts to launch the research:Our country is still in the exploratory stage of the construction of law enforcement standardization,in the main construction,system construction still exist many problems.These problems are the common era,the role of the environmental results,need to combine the rule of law thought,the theory of service-oriented government to solve the problems.This research has some limitations,it is difficult to represent the whole public security system.This is the future of an important problem to solve.
