| Deceptive high medicine price has become one of the focus of the society in china. It increases economic burden of the people to get quality medical services. Although the government had taken a series of measures to reduce the medicine price in recent years,this problem has never been solved.The paper start from the special commodity attribute of medicine, comprehensively analyzed the manifestation, harmfulness and reasons of high medicine prices, China’s relevant laws and regulations on medicine prices in different historical periods is studied,and then from the aspect of law, especially administrative law level, Analyzed the defects of existing laws and regulations. we give law advice to solve China’s high medicine prices problem according to condition of our country, especially from the aspact of the health care system, new medicine approval regulation, medical insurance, medicine bid purchasing,ect. |
