Analysis On Causes Of High Medicine Price And Some Ideas Of Comprehensive Reforms

The price of the medicine has become a sensitive social problem.Although the government has taken a series of measures to reduce the price of the medicine in recent years,there are more and more complaints from the people,the producing enterprises,the circulating enterprises and the hospitals. At the same time,the Ministry of Finance at different levels can't bear the burden of the rapidly increasing medicial expenditure,"When all the people are satisfied or dissatisfied with one thing, there is only on possibitity—that is, the system has problems."The price of the medicine is complicated and is connected with economic system,circulating system,social welfare systemand market mecharism.So it is not comprehensive and scientific to evaluate the price alone or to criticize the policy of price administration or certain department. Studying the price of medicine is different from studying the price of other commodities, which can analyze the influence of supply and demand in simple market. This article tries to reveal that medicine, as a special commodity, sometimes doesn't stick to the regular pattern and is easily controlled by the powerful people in the market. The article reveals why the price of medicine is so high by analyzing the circulation, The article mentions the problems in present medicine administration and compares them with those of the developed countries. Although we know the problems and the solutions, it is not effective to take some reforms to deal with the complicated problems. At last in order to promote the development of medical career in our country and reduce the burden of the patients, I put forward some ideas of comprehensive reforms.
