Research On The Command Mode Of The Security Organization In Large International Activity

Along with the development of global economic integration and comprehensive national strength, China’s international status is rising. The number and size of the international important meetings, large-scale sports events and various activities, which are held in our country is increasing and improving. The successful hosting of large-scale international activities can play an active role in improving the visibility of the city, establishing a good international image and promoting regional economic development. But with the increasingly serious international situation, China is facing many unstable factors in the transition period, which requires a secure and stable environment of the activities. The security of large-scale international activities has also become an important standard of success. Facing the increasing complexity of international and domestic situation, the devastating terrorist activities of and concealment-growing situation, study on how to organize and carry out the safety of large international activities security work is particularly important and urgent.The thesis describes the concept, the content and the related theory of the management of public security; introduces the content, the principles and the characteristics of large-scale international activity security; analyses the definition, the content and classification of the command mode of the security organization in order to pave the way for the later analysis. Though the analysis on the domestic situation of large international activities security work, and taking the security work of Nanjing Asian Youth Council as the successful example, the paper summarizes the specific content of the security situation and the command mode of security organization together with a combination of graphic show in Asian Youth Council security organization and the framework of the command mode, which highlight the innovation of that special mode. Meanwhile, the paper introduces the successful case of the security of large international events abroad in order to get a useful reference. Finally, combined with the real situation of our country, by updating the concept, principles and some specific measures to implement, we can improve the security organization and command mode, initially formed a control mode of research results of domestic large international activities and safety defend work propulsion, information management, system construction and details, all of which provide certain reference and value for China to hold large-scale international activities and safety guard work in the future.
