Research On The People Oriented Thought And The Contemporary Value

This paper based on the contemporary Chinese society, focus on the research object of people-oriented thought. In combing the conception, characteristics and meaning of the traditional thought of the people, probes its background and historical development. Using basic ideas of Marxist materialism and theories, the paper analyses how Chinese Communists people inherit and develop the people-oriented thought, and reveal the contemporary value of people-oriented thought. Shows the rational guidance and enlightenment on improving a new stage for people-oriented thought. Carries exploration and thinking on the meaning of people-oriented thought under development of modern society.This paper include the following five parts:the introduction; the conception, characteristics and meaning of the traditional thought of the people; the background and historical development of people-oriented thought; the inheritance and development that the Chinese Communists get from people-oriented thought; the contemporary value of traditional people-oriented thought.The author believes Chinese traditional people-oriented thought has a long history and is deeply rooted in people’s heart. The thought used to play a positive role in history, but it also inevitably has obvious limitations.in the basis of the conception, characteristics, meaning, background and development of people-oriented thoughts, this paper discusses how Chinese Communists maintain rational factors in critical inheritance by using basic ideas of Marxist materialism and theories, and forms a totally new people-oriented thought. The basic idea of the study was based on the values of the traditional thought of people, Seek for the fitful point for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
