Since the 18 th Party Congress, as the general of the Central Committee, Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the party’s mass work in the new situation. Under the new situation of party, with national conditions and profound changes, the CPC central committee has adopted a series of new measures in carrying out mass line, which has accumulated valuable experience for strengthening the party’s construction.
