| With the development of the network popularization, the Internet plays an increasingly important role in the general public’s political, economic, and social life. In numerous of medias, Micro-blog, which is simple and convenient, is widely used by the general public. With its advantage of interactive and immediacy, convenience, low threshold, Government micro-blog develops rapidly. In this way, government information can be released and obtained conveniently and universality. And, "one to many" and "many-to-many" information interactive model fully mobilizes the public participation. How to focus on the public demands, and how to make government micro-blog to provide better service are the subject of this thesis.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part of this thesis introduces the background and significance of thesis, the related research status of home and abroad, and the methods and framework of this thesis. The second section describes the meaning of E-government and government micro-blog. Also, introduces Customer Relationship Management theory and the application in E-government. The third part puts forward the present situation and problems of service provided by the other local government micro-blog. The fourth part describes the concept and general research process of Content analysis. Use Content analysis to analysis the way of service provided by government micro-blog. Select local government micro-blog as the research object on the Sina micro-blog platform. Use Content analysis to analysis the selected local government micro-blog which was used in a certain period of time, and obtain the public demand for the service provided by local government micro-blog. Then, use Content analysis to analysis the way of service provided by the selected local government micro-blog. The fifth section makes recommendations to the local government micro-blog:government micro-blog provide service to public should focus on the public demand. The government should transform the management ideas, maintain interactions with the public, establish decision-making mechanism of government micro-blog, improve the ability of operation with micro-blog, create positive energy to alleviate social contradictions and build the new public service platform. The sixth part makes conclusions of the thesis. Government micro-blog is a kind of new network carrier. It insures the voice of the "sunk" could be heard. It promotes the solution of the public interests and interaction with the public.
