In the recent years, through the joint efforts of the Supreme Court and local courts, the nationwide network were basically completed.At the same time, the information construction gradually revealed a series of problems to be addressed, includes the concept, construction, application and management. The deficiency on basic conditions and specific implementation leads to the poor information exchange, the drawback on the overlaying of information, legal provisions, court establishment, fund guarantee, lack of labor scheduling coordination, systematic professional management and so on.Our information technology is still in the early stage, this essay studies on how to use information technology to deepen the implementation of the institutional mechanisms reform and build a command execution system which combines the up and down, puts internal and external together, creates the highly efficient criterion and quick response.
