At present, North Korea nuclear issue has fallen into the dilemma of “North Korea resolutes in owing nuclear while United States refuses to negotiate”. Interests demands and policy directions are going opposite among relevant countries. The DPRK nuclear issue, which in effect has been out of control, has not been brought into the track of political solution. Thus, perils to China which given rise by North Korea nuclear issue have been increasingly prominent. To this, while adhering to the principle of "Maintaining peace and stability and realizing de-nuclearization of Korean Peninsula", China should clarify the need in keeping the priority of maintaining peace and stability of Korea Peninsula and in objecting to radical de-nuclearization measures by South Korea and United States. Under the condition of persisting in the bottom line of "North Korea must give up nuclear", China should focus on the congelation of the DPRK nuclear’s process and the controlling of the DPRK nuclear issue. The policy direction of China should be seeking to promote actively the restart and transformation of the Six-Party Talks as well as to repair and further develope the China-DPRK relations. At last China should make a difference in safeguarding regional security and stability.
