Research On Issues Concerning Civil Liability For Torts Of Notaries Public In China

In this paper, we analyze and define the scope of third party liability insurance of motor vehicles in our country, and use case analysis, comparative study and other methods, this paper expounds the current provisions of the third parties in the compulsory liability insurance of motor vehicle and the third party liability insurance.Specifically, the architecture and the contents of this paper are as follows:The introduction part mainly introduces the background of this research, and expounds the necessity of improving the scope of the third party liability insurance of motor vehicle in our country.The first part introduces the development of motor vehicle liability insurance in China, analyzes the current situation of the third party liability insurance market in our country, the two party liability insurance is the third yuan market and the compensation system, which focuses on the compulsory liability insurance and the third party liability insurance.In the second part of this paper, we analyze the problems and disputes of compulsory liability insurance and liability insurance in the third party in the four part of the paper, and point out that the current compulsory liability insurance and liability insurance are not clear and the third is too narrow.The last part of this paper is to improve the problem of compulsory liability insurance and third party liability insurance. The third part is to expand the scope of the third party, and to improve the third party of motor vehicle.
