Multiple property crime refers to the robbery, theft and fraud. For example, in order to get money, there is an endless stream of robbery and residents’ property theft, and mobile phone fraud cases is put on pattern. These crimes not only against the citizen’s property rights and destruct the social order and stability, but also so many property crimes have difficulty in the investigation organ and the judicial organ, and increased the difficulty of solving the case. Therefore, the research on multiple property crime patterns is still urgent for preventing and reducing this kind of crime under the current background.The emergence and development of multiple property crime is determined by many factors, among which the essential factor is the criminal situation. The criminal situation is an essential concept in the study of the law of multiple property crime, it can prevent crime and reduce the crime rate. The so-called criminal situation refers to the status of the present combined with subjective and objective factors when the people commit crime(including be underway and going to be done, that is to say the preparation for a crime and be committing crime). Though criminal situation was found and summarized in practice, its abstractness makes understanding has become obscure. The relevance theory that is defensible space theory, blind angle theory, rational choice theory and the theory of daily activities makes the criminal situation understanding easier. According to the logical from theories to practice, the aim I make an empirical study of circumstantial factors of crime including timings, locations, factors of victims and social control is to find out the impact of the property crime, and then change or prevent the circumstantial factors of crime, and to control and reduce the incidence of crime. On the one hand, it is not difficult to see there are many theories to study the causes of crime in the field of criminology, and the ideas and opinions of controlling crime are bloom. On the other hand, we must be seen that although the prevention of criminal situation and control research results have been made progress, the books specialized in the theory of criminal situation are scanty. Criminal situation is the theoretical premise to study the prevention of crime, and it is the theoretical foundation of understanding the crime control. To prevent and control crime, we must proceed from the criminal situation. In order to more focused, clearer and more specific discuss criminal situation, the article takes multiple property crime prevention as the breakthrough point and puts forward three kinds of crime prevention measures on the foundation of collecting a large number of documents and cases which can carry on the objective analysis and elaboration to the crime situation.
