Research On The Training And Education Of In-Service Police In Wujiang, Suzhou

Education and training is an effective way to enhance the cultivation and ability of the police. Once these two aspects are enhanced, it can help improve the quality of the enforcement of law. As we have higher and higher requirements on the professionalism of the police, the previous education and training patterns, such as reduplicated training, multicipital training and unpractical training, must be changed into a whole set of complete and professional patterns. So it can help us develop a police team with high quality. Based on their own working experience on police education and training, lots of our police teaching staff are doing active research on this subject. But in general, more staff focuses on the study of curriculum and teaching ways rather than in-service education and training. How to assess the current status of the education and training of the in-service police scientifically, reasonably and comprehensively is an urgent problem for the police education and training department. This article is based on the theory of public department human resource management, and it tries to think about and explore more solutions on improving the education and training of in-service police from the both aspects of theory and practice.
