Since April 1994 China and the international Internet achieve docking at first time,and then Alibaba in the New York Stock Exchange successfully listed on September 2014 among the world’s top Internet Company.In a short span of 20 years, the Internet has changed the way of life and thinking habits of Chinese people.The rapid development of the Internet industry draws public attention to the anti-monopoly law. June 2015, the development and Reform Commission Price supervision and inspection and Anti Monopoly Bureau announced the official launch of the automotive industry antitrust guide research and drafting work. This is a matter of the world’s largest auto producer of anti monopoly documents, involving industry, car prices and consumers of each person’s nerve.
