The Research On The Deviance Behavior Of Virtual Social And Its Governance Model And Mechanism

The Internet springed up in the last century but propagated rapidly and globely, now it almost into every family in the world, the user of internet is constantly expansion. With the application space of internet is endlessly expanding, the problem and the crisis of this virtual society has becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, strengthening the management capacity of the virtual society is such important to the stability of real society. At the same time, the study of the deviant behavior of the virtual society which by the internet as the carrier has gradually become the common concern theme of the theoretical and the practical cycles.In view of that, this research is based on the combination of the theory and practice, the future and the reality, adopted the research method of theoretical research and empirical analysis, on account of inheriting and absorbing the existing research results, followed the major principle which is combining the general sociology’deviant-behavior theory’ and the virtual society deviance under the particular background. The paper systematically and profoundly discussed the deviant-behavior of the virtual society following the principle research framework of the social ecosystem management theory which is’environment to psychology to behavior to governance’. The author believed that the deviant-behavior of the virtual society is the inobservance behavior under the premise of counting the network as the carrier, depending on the network specification as the conduct code. From the perspective of sociology, the virtual social deviant behavior include at least five basic element:it occurs in network environment based on network carrier; the objective and violated existence of norms of the virtual society; the interests of a certain community; universal attention from the real society; shall be by the society and the government work together to control.Besides the introduction and summary, the main content is composed by four parts:first, the concept of virtual social deviance definition, mainly discusses the connotation of the virtual society, deviant behavior and its main characteristics which is the theoretical research foundation of this paper defines the main research object of the article. The second part focuses on the main characteristics and harm of virtual social deviant behavior and the further study to understand the causes. Crime, illegal moral behavior and deviance which are composed of virtual social deviant behavior. The third part, has carried on the analysis to the deviant behavior in China virtual social governance model, and reveals the main problems in China’s management of the virtual social deviant behavior. In the last part, combined with China’s virtual social deviant behavior characteristics and current management situation, targeted to strengthen the management-ability when we are in front of the deviant behavior of our virtual society.
