Under The View Of Harmonious Society Of The Virtual Social Management Research

Based on building a harmonious society,the thesis is focused on managing the virtual community.Taking the perspective of the Marxist idea of harmonious society,the study adopts various methods of different disciplines,like philosophy,sociology,management,communication and others.Besides,the concepts of the virtual community and harmonious virtual society have been analyzed,followed by the discussion of the existing problems of the virtual society in China.In addition,a systematic research to the next virtual Harmonious Society and other social aspects of building management systems has been provided in the light of the inspiration of the abroad social governance.The preface describes the basics,the significance of the topic,the research status,the research procedures and methods,as well as the innovations of the thesis.The first chapter discusses the concept of Marxism Harmonious Society.It first introduces the concepts of harmonious society of Marx and Engels,followed by the thought of harmonious society of five Chinese Communists like Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi.Also,it analysis the contemporary significance of Marxist ideology of harmonious society by pointing out that it does not only reflect the humane care and achieve peaceful development of society,but also create a harmonious world.The second chapter analyzes the relationship between virtual community and virtual social harmony.On the basis of the argumentation of the formation and characteristics of virtual society,as well as the virtual connotation and characteristics of social,it focuses on the differences and connections between the virtual society and the real society,as well as the virtual society and the building of a harmonious society.For the third chapter,firstly it discusses the current situation of the management of virtual society.It should be noticed that a lot of effort have been paid to the governance of the virtual society: our legal system has been basically constructed for a virtual community;the management system has been initially established;a virtual society on the aspect of environmental purification is also remarkable;and also the functions as a virtual society are also reinforced gradually.Secondly,an analysis of the problems concerning the virtualcommunity governance has been provided,for instance,the issues of network legislation,the network technique,the network moral education,the self-regulation of the industry,the security of the network and also the management mechanisms.Besides,the root that has attributed to the above-mentioned problems has also been argued in this chapter.The fourth chapter describes the virtual social governance of abroad.By revealing the virtual community governance model of abroad,methods in governing domestic virtual have been analyzed.The fifth chapter describes the way to build the virtual community in the perspective of the harmonious society.First,it demonstrates the necessity to build a virtual community governance system,followed by the discussion of the basic norms in constructing a virtual society.Besides,the content in establishing a virtual community system have been listed before the path to build a virtual community governance system been eventually pointed out,namely the establishment of a virtual harmonious society.Among these,three aspects of harmonious society construction have been emphasized,like the targets,the principles,and the measures.The most important view of this chapter is to highlight that the ultimate direction of the construction of the virtual social governance system is to build a harmonious society.The last part of the thesis summarizes the general idea of the research and provides a further illustration of the importance of the virtual social governance in the construction of a harmonious society.
