The Research Of Our Country Port Management And Its Reform

Port is the symbol of national opening to the outside world and national sovereignty. The port management institutions are on behalf of the state to perform the function of supervision and management of the inbound and outbound means of transport and service personnel, the entry and exit of goods, articles, entry-exit passengers, safeguarding national sovereignty and security. In this paper, from the perspective of reform and innovation of the system of port management and Chinese and foreign comparison to find our existing port management system problem, the author takes it as an opportunity to put forward some suggestions of port management innovation for reference.In the first part, the author mainly launches from the research of port management significance discussion. Through the existing port background and the meaning of research,the author leads to the reason to choose this topic researching in China port management mode and reform.In the second part of this paper, the author takes the foreign different port management modes for the perspective, by comparing to find our existing port management problems, to explore how to form a more perfect system of port management. It plays an important role in improving the efficiency of customs clearance, and become an important pillar of economic policy and social work.In the third part of this article, the author focuses on our port management model and the existing problems. Based on this to find the defects of our existing port management system, the author leads to the necessity and urgency of the reform of our country port management.In the fourth part of this paper, in the premise of analyses in the comparison of Chinese and foreign port management mode and the problem of management mode of our country port, the author leads to some views on the reform and innovation of our country port management mode.
