Research On The Optimization Of The Management Of Baiyun Frontier Inspection And Customs Clearance

As an important law enforcement organ of the state in the open ports,the entry-exit frontier inspection department is responsible for the inspection and supervision of entry-exit personnel,means of transportation and their luggage,goods,etc.in accordance with the law,it carries out various duties such as guarding the limited areas of the port,stabilizing the entry-exit order of the port,and its nature of work reflects a strong color of foreign-related administration.With the continuous improvement of China's economic level and the deepening of cultural exchanges,the number and frequency of mainland residents and foreigners entering and leaving China are increasing every year.In the face of economic and social development and the evolution of domestic and foreign situations,the frontier inspection departments need to constantly innovate management to meet the relevant requirements of the development of the situation.This paper takes Baiyun entry-exit frontier inspection station in Guangzhou as the research object,aiming at the current new situation of passenger clearance at the airport port,taking the development needs and service requirements as the guide,from the perspective of total quality management and public service quality management,based on the satisfaction survey of passenger clearance at Baiyun Airport port,and in view of the existing customs clearance mode,there are difficulties in transit review This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of large scale and poor popularization effect of self-service customs clearance.Finally,on the basis of the experience of foreign border inspection management,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for optimizing the service of border inspection authorities: improving the supporting policies and regulations,establishing the coordination and linkage mechanism,strengthening the construction of public relations,improving the service brand of border inspection,establishing the multiple training system,improving the professional ability of the police,building the comprehensive data platform,and improving the application level of science and technology.It is expected to be able to serve the border inspection authorities and even the big ones.The service and development optimization of type a airport port can provide useful reference.
