After World War Ⅱ,along with the in-depth development of economic.capital. information, technology and labor, which led to international migration at an unprecedented scale, the mainstream is people in developing countries migrate to developed countries. With the increasingly active international migration, both for the country of immigration or emigration, their economic, social, cultural and political policies of the impact will grow. Therefore, the international migration issue has become the focus of attention of domestic and foreign academic circles. The number of Chinese emigrants increased in recent years. China has become the world’s fourth largest exporter of migrants, there are many immigrants in the output part with a lot of wealth out of the country and high-tech, nature and technology with investment immigration of immigrants, making the Chinese talent and wealth a huge loss. Outflow of labor, technology, capital and other factors will change the proportion of the endowment, and then change our comparative advantages, affect our capability of independent innovation, the relationship between China’s comprehensive national strength.Firstly.this paper analyzes the distribution of regional and national distribution of Chinese emigration and the changes of Chinese emigration’s regional distribution and national distribution from 1990 to 2013 according to the Chinese emigration stock data published by the International Organization for Migration. The results show that on the regional distribution, distribution of Chinese emigration is gradually transferred from developed regions to developing regions, and the growth of developing regions is faster than developed regions; Chinese emigration was gradual transfered from Asia to North America, Europe and Oceania. On the national distribution, Chinese emigration’s largest destination is the United States. In addition, Canada, Japan. Singapore, Bangladesh, Australia are the top ten Chinese emigration’s destination. Secondly, this article uses the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods. Start with the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting Chinese emigration location choice, we consider six factors such as the distance between China and the destination country, the income level of destination country, the population of destination country, the resource situation of destination country, the legal situation of destination country and the international Risk Guide’s of the destination country. And then do empirical analysis on these factors to verify what is the most important factor affecting Chinese emigration’s location choice. The empirical results show that income levels and population shifted situation of the deatination country are the most important factors affecting Chinese emigration’s location choice, other factors also have a certain impact on Chinese emigration’s location choice, but not significant.
