Research Of Judicial Justice Under The Background Of A Harmonious Society

The concept of builidng a harmonious socialist society was first put forward at Resolutions on Approaches to Promote CPC’s Governing Capability, which was passed at the4 th Plenum(Plenary Session) of the 16 th CPC Central Committee, since when the concept of building a harmonious society has come into sight and has gradually taken root in the public.The concept of building a harmonious society can be shown in various aspects of social life, ranging from the public’s daily life to the policies that a country makes. However, among the multiple factors in building a harmonious society, fairness and justice is the fundamental one. In other words, fairness and justice is a core value of a harmonious society. And the construction of a secure, ordered and consistent nomocratic society is the prerequisite for a harmonious society. The problem for us is to sort out how to promote the value of fairness and justice in the society and how to ensure judicial justice. To fulfill judicial justice is an effective way to ensure civil right and civil interests, a core value of a civilized society and an essential way to build a harmonious society. With the economic development and the reforms, China has made progress in many fields. Nevertheless, many problems become increasingly evident,especially in the field of judicial system. To build a harmonious society, we must pay close attention to judicial injustice and try to figure out the underlying causes of it.By exploring the theories and development of a harmonious socialist society and judicial justice, the underlying causes of judicial injustice are analyzed, and the solutions to the problem are presented, which is the focus of the paper. The paper deals with three parts of the issue: First, The features of a harmonious socialist society, judicial justice and the correlation between them. Second, The prevalent problems in the judicial field and the underlying causes.Finally, Solutions to the problems based on three main principles, namely for civil interests,for a harmonious society and to promote nomocracy.
