As an important intermediary of ideological and political education to implement, the discourse of ideological and political education plays an indispensable role in the process. In recent years, with the quickening of the process of popularization of Marxism, the theory development of our country presents the trend of the development of the popularization, coupled with the rise of the advantages of network buzzwords, and to some extent the impact to the traditional ideological and political education discourse. A explanatory power shortfall and persuasive weakening phenomenon in traditional ideological and political education discourse, is difficult to meet the needs of the popularization and development, and to satisfy the education object is also beyond the words of demand. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve the ideological and political education discourse optimization, which has become the theoretical and practical problem that ideological and political education workers must face and to be solved.The paper is divided into introduction and three parts of ideological in order to study the political education of discourse optimization. In the introduction part mainly discuss the selected topic goal and significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and innovations. The first part expounds the related concepts of ideological and political education discourse optimization, to define the connotation of discourse, ideological and political education discourse and ideological and political education discourse optimization. It talks about language view of Marxism, including Marx and Mao Zedong,which pointed out the theoretical basis of ideological and political education discourse optimization. It also introduces the theories of Bakhtin dialogue and the theory of communication qualifications of Habermas, in order to provide theoretical reference for ideological and political education discourse optimization. The second part discusses the problems of traditional ideological and political education discourse, such as theory divorced from reality, text alienated life, grand narrative and lacking of artistry. Also the audiences of the ideological and political education want more real, vivid and interesting and cutting with sincere intentions of discourse demand. It pointed out that the ideological and political education discourse is facing with the new situation from two aspects of Marxism popularization and network catchword, in order to explore the necessity of the ideological and political education discourse optimization. The third part is mainly studied about the direction of ideological and political education discourse optimization. Firstly, the ideological and political educators should have rich affinity, vividness, persuasive and powerful discourse level. Secondly, the ideological and political education of discourse should not be constrained by the existing discourse resources, but should from the good discourse in the traditional Chinese culture, the approachable discourse style of Xi Jinping and derive the beneficial factors in the positive network buzzwords. Thirdly, the forms of ideological and political education discourse should emphasize combining elements of life,blend in emotional factors, focus on the public needs and pay attention to the bidirectional interaction, to push the update of ideological and political education discourse form, and then push the optimization process of ideological and political education discourse.
