The Investigation Of Rural Rule Of Law Culture

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC to the rule of law as the theme, clearly put forward the historical task of building a socialist country under the rule of law. The cultural construction of rural legal culture will directly affect the success of this grand goal in China. This paper based on the social transformation in rural southern shandong area X town as investigation object, and launched a scientific comprehensive rural rule of law culture investigation. According to the investigation result, the weak foundation of rural economy is the root cause of the backward culture of the rule of law in rural areas, with democracy and autonomy as the core of the rural political not fully protected and by operation of law is the core of rule of law in rural areas the running results can not be guaranteed caused rural culture of the rule of law practice based foundation is weak; rural is rite order collapse and the rule of law and order has not yet been constructed without the authority of the state. To strengthen the cultural construction of rural areas, economic factors is the foundation, improve the autonomy of villagers and the legal operation is an important aspect of the rule of law in rural areas, determine the legal culture in the minds of farmers is the ultimate manifestation of the construction of rural rule of law.
