Carry Out Research Of The Chinese Constitution

Legal culture in our country is a reflection of Chinese traditional culture to law which is a special social and cultural phenomenon within thousands of years.It is a Long-term accumulation of experience, wisdom and insight of the Chinese nation.It is a variety of legal ideology, behavior patterns, traditions and habits of Chinese people.The power of the legal culture is intangible but quality and enduring.It can unconsciously Educate, edify, guide, norm, cohere and motivate people’s social behavior.The constitution as the most fundamental law of our country plays a irreplaceable role in guiding in the construction of contemporary China’s rule of law.and the life and authority of the constitution is to implement.The purpose of this paper is to analysis and study of the implementation of the constitution of our country in the perspective of legal culture, and then puts forward Suggestions on the implementation of the constitution of our country.This paper used interdisciplinary research method, comparative method, concept analysis, the method of theory with practice and other methods.In the first chapter the author introduces the implementation of the constitution and the law culture, believing that the life of constitution as a national fundamental law lies in implementation, and then the author introduces the Chinese constitutional culture.In the second chapter, the author enumerated and compared the constitution implementation and legal culture of United States, Japan and Britain, and for Chinese reference on the basis of considering the situation of Chinese practice.The third chapter the author briefly analyzes the relation between modern constitution implementation and Chinese legal culture.The fourth chapter the author expounds on some personal suggestions on contemporary Chinese constitutional implementation.
