Research Into Policing Etiquette Culture

Etiquette is the product of human civilization,it gradually formed along with the progress of the society.China has a long inheritance of history cultural,breeded the complete etiquette culture.Today,with the accelerating process of building a harmonious socialist society and comprehensively reform more and more deepely,the public security organs as an important department of the government,Its public image and police work has become the focus of social attention.therefore,the research and practice of police etiquette manners,strengthen the education on culture of police etiquette,enhance the quality of police etiquette,is the concrete measures of deepening police culture construction,which has an positive role on improving the level of enforcement on law,setting up a good image of the police,the construction of a harmonious relationship between the public and police.The subject of this article is based on the culture of police etiquette,starting from the actual needs of today's police work,based on the grass-roots police work,adhering to the orientation of soluting problem,discussing its good use on police practice.This paper consists of five parts: the first part,the research argument: mainly including the research background and significance,ideas of exploration,and research methods,difficulties and innovation.It also provides theoretical support for the following discussion.The second part,the introduce about culture of etiquette: including etiquette,the culture of etiquette and its connotation,origin and development,as well as the relevant contents of Chinese and foreign culture of etiquette.The third part,the analysis about culture of police etiquette : from the theoretical point of view,it discusses the concept,the hierarchical structure,the characteristics,the function and the development of its situation.The fourth part,the general etiquette rules of police :to introduce the major manners of police etiquette,and to be the direct guidance of the police practice.The fifth part,the construction of culture about police etiquette: by analyzing the practical problems which existing in the construction,thus to put forward the corresponding countermeasures from two aspects of construction principles and ways.Studying on the police etiquette culture has double meaning of theory and practice for the construction of socialist political civilization,consummating public security culture construction,creating the high quality of police team.
