“Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio” is a outstanding literary style short article novel collection, Pu Song-ling’s legal thought in his work, always attract researcher’s attention. But the scholars research in legal thought to be not very careful and comprehensively, thus causes the findings one-side and limitation. This article based in predecessor research results, I choose the problem to continue its inquiry.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part, Shortly introduce Pu song-ling and “Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio”, discuss his life-history,and analyzes ’s important position in the history of Chinese literary novels; Second part, explore the causes about why Pu wants to create from three aspects. The wars were constant at the early Qing Dynasty, rulers had no time to manage the officials, these caused social unrest and people’s suffering. Pu song-ling experienced the suffering as a class of laborers, he was not satisfied with the darkness of society, calling for better political system in his work. At the same time,Pu desire to achieve political ambition through imperial examinations, but failure at final. He has to send the heart in writing and elicits resentment of the heart.; Third part, Mainly discuss Pu’s legal thoughts.Detailing Pu’s thoughts from law enforcement, legislation,judicial and outside law enforcement four parts, analyze the reasons of the phenomenon,and to seek solutions; Forth part, From the perspective of anti-corruption analyze the modern significance of Pu’s thought, made suggestions to the contemporary anti-corruption.
