Research On Public Safety Management Under The Background Of Information Technology

The basic functions of public security is an important symbol of human social order and social management. On how to strengthen and improve public safety management,government departments all over the world and the police has been constantly thinking and research in, planning development and innovation, and strive to create a more harmonious and stable social security environment. At present, the social public security problem with the rapid development of economy and society is becoming more and more obvious, facing the challenges of the urgent public security. Big data such as the invention of the Internet,attention is the industry under the rapid rise of human life and understand the world’s way of thinking has been changed, the whole era have also undergone profound changes.Compared with the field of computer technology and the Internet, big data based on the theory of public management, especially in the field of public safety is still in its infancy,fewer research results, has not formed the theoretical framework of the system. Adaptation of development of the times, the selection of big data development as the starting point,closely combined with the public security management and information technology, the existing police work in the information age issues in-depth analysis, analysis the reason and innovation and development trend, and explore solutions, practical significance is very important.This study is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, the research background, theoretical and practical significance, research status at home and abroad are briefly described; the second chapter is the analysis of the theory of public security management under the background of information, data and logic of association of police of public security management, as well as the classic public safety management theory; the third chapter analyzes the information age under the overall situation of management of public security in Shandong Province, further puts forward the problems and causes existing in the work; the fourth chapter is to illustrate the current big data environment,results of experience and cases in developed countries and other domestic provinces and cities using big data to carry out police work, combined with the actual situation of Shandong Province, summed up the Shandong public security management; and the fifthchapter discusses the six based on the realization of the path of innovation of police data of Shandong public security management, and further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions; The six chapter is a systematic review that has yet to be perfect, and hope for subsequent improvement.The purpose of this paper is through detailed analysis, explore use of police work in the practice of large data path of innovation and solutions, to promote the police cloud data of the deep construction of and further provide the reference to improve, and ultimately promote under the background of informationization of social public security management effect and mechanism of optimization.
