Research And Analysis Of Linyi City's Public Safety Management Model Under The Background Of Big Data

At present,the public safety management of Linyi City is facing many challenges:(1)The public security situation is not optimistic.High-tech crimes such as telecommunication fraud and network theft and brushing are becoming more frequent;(2)safety accidents are more frequent in the production field;(3)problems in the health care industry are more frequent;(4)emergency response capacity is weak.The main reasons are as follows:(1)Not making full use of the advantages of the big data era,reasonably analyzing and integrating the data,so as to prevent disasters in the future.(2)The traditional public safety management mode is rigid and independent,and can not deal with emergencies efficiently.(3)The propaganda and education are insufficient,and the safety consciousness of the broad masses of the people is not strong.Linyi City explores the "Snow Bright Project" model,breaking the traditional public safety management model,each unit,each system management,their own characteristics,relying on the comprehensive management information system,real-time video surveillance as a powerful means of data acquisition,integration of the various systems,units of the existing resource base,"block-based",overall coordination of existing data resources,rational layout.With the addition of new equipment and better use of resources,people's satisfaction with security has been constantly improved.The main problems faced by the public safety management model in Linyi City are:insufficient comprehensive application,weak talent force,etc.Insufficient interconnection,system pressure on data security and privacy protection,and slow construction.The reasons are as follows: first,the awareness level is not in place;second,the number of albums is small,the channel of introduction is single;third,the depth of system software development is not enough;fourth,the number of participants,technical bottlenecks;fifth,the limitations of practical conditions.In order to further optimize the public safety management model of Linyi,the following suggestions are put forward: to establish a unified and powerful leadership system,improve the system,protect privacy,everyone's participation,social co-governance,interconnection and resource sharing.
