As an important part of the system of real estate registration, the system of objection registration has a long history, which can be traced back to the "Civil Code". In a sense, the purpose of the objection registration system is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the real right, and to realize the effective protection of the interests of bona fide third party. Compared to developed countries such as Germany, Switzerland and Japan, China’s "property law" legal provisions on the objection registration system is very compact, with only two of four were defined, resulting in the practice of the local registration authority at a loss, resulting in the real rights and interests of the legitimate rights and interests of bona fide third parties can not get timely protection. The property law of the people’s Republic of China clearly stipulates that "the right person or interested party considers that the registration of real estate is not recorded in the event of a record, and may apply for correction of registration", and gives the right of real right person to apply for registration. However, due to various reasons, China’s "property law" for the real estate objection registration application procedures, the establishment of elements, the scope of application and the elimination of the content and the objection registration, etc., has not been carried out specific refinement, which leads to the lack of operability in the implementation. Based on this background, this paper systematically studies the implementation of real estate objection registration system, and the specific practice of Chengdu city as an example to explore the optimization of real estate registration system.In this paper, the research of comprehensive jurisprudence, civil law, government management, and other related disciplines of knowledge, pay attention to the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, analysis of problems and Countermeasures of the research logic, in the analysis, comparison and reference on the basis of the practice of Chengdu’s objection registration system as an example to explore the optimization of China’s system of objection registration. This paper mainly consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction. The second part is the theoretical basis of this study. The third part is the current situation and the existing problems and the overview of the public property. The fourth part is the comparative study of the registration system. The fifth part is the perfection of the system of objection registration in Chengdu. Compared with similar research, this paper is mainly reflected in the following several aspects:the research is beneficial to the improvement of real estate registration system, and the legal rights and interests of real estate and the public service. It is beneficial to improve the quality and credibility of government service. It is beneficial to improve the legal system of real estate registration in Chengdu.
