As the most weak economic development of our country, the rural areas are affected by the education situation. In recent years, the right to education in rural areas has become the focus of discussion. So it is very important to protect the rights of Rural Minors.There are still many problems in the course of the realization of the education right in rural areas in China. The second part is mainly about the right to education, including the emergence, development, concept, basic characteristics and the legal analysis of this basic right. In the third part, we put forward the problems of the education right in rural areas of our country at the present stage, mainly from the aspects of legislation, supervision system, legal consciousness and the distribution of social resources. The fourth part is mainly for the third part of the main issues raised by the corresponding improvement, proposed specific measures to protect the Rural Minors education.
