Protection Of Minors' Rights And Interests From The Perspective Of Anti Campus Bullying

Minors is the new forces of nation and also is a mainstay of the future society.The school is a legal site to minors in which have systematic education and accomplish socialization step by step,known as the growing cradle of the motherland flowers.However,in recent years,there have been frequent bullying incidents in schools across the country.Such bad behaviors as violence,intimidation,insult and online rumors have seriously damaged the physical and mental health of minors and other personal rights and interests.On the modem society with developed network,bullying is often rapidly spread through network types such as video,WeChat and so on.These wicked and rude ways made the victims and their families to get serious injury.Some bullying even violates criminal laws,commits unforgivable crimes and casts a shadow over the campus which have been filled by sunshine.Campus bullying has become the focus of the whole society.How to solve campus bullying and protect the rights and interests of minors has become an urgent social problem.The experience of adolescence have deep effect on them.The occurrence of campus bullying will have a long-term and even lifelong negative impact on both the bullied and the bullied.Therefore,we must carefully analyze the causes and seek the governance measures to solve the problem.This paper first summarizes the research on campus bullying at home and abroad,and then analyzes the problem from various angles.Causes of bullying is complex.The first is the mentally deficient of minors;secondly is the family background of refraction and the management oversight of campus;the last one is social contradictions superimposed values distorted during the period of transition.All of these lead to a very bad impact on minors.In other words,bullying is the refraction of social problems on minors.It is of great significance to study the protection of juvenile rights and interests in school bullying.It plays an important role in improving the legal system for the rights and interests of minors,safeguarding the healthy growth of minors,even optimizing social orders and cleaning up social atmosphere.However,in the face of bullying,there are lots of problems in the process of the protection of the rights and interests of minors.Therefore,it needs to explore governance measures of campus bullying,and protection of minors' rights,through revising the existing laws and regulations,strengthening the special legislation to deal with bullying,establishing and improving the protection system for the rights and interests of minors,transforming concepts of the whole society and family,carrying out the legal knowledge education and moral education,improving the system of psychological intervention and support,strengthening the cultivation of socialist core values,and increasing minors'self-protection ability.These management countermeasures will promote the protection of the rights and interests of minors more comprehensively and properly.
