Research On Some Legal Issues Of The Credit Investigation System

As a financial infrastructure, the credit reporting system is an important guarantee for the smooth operation of financial market and the development of social economy. Compare with other countries which their credit investigation system was fully developed, China is currently in the initial stage of building a credit market; the legal system of credit investigation is not yet improved. In recent years, with the introduction of a number of policies to stimulate the economy and the development of financial market, the credit demand is now growing quite fast, but credit investigation system as an infrastructure of all the financial activities is inadequate, our country has appeared some chaos like Internet financial platform illegal fund-raising, credit card malicious overdraft, small and micro enterprises financing costs are too high.In order to solve those problem, this paper provides some idea to establish a suitable credit system for China’s national conditions. In my opinion, we must first ensure the basic principle of the credit system and make it legal, plus with prudence" and "serve for the inclusive financial system." Secondly we should sum up the common points of the credit system in the world and find which is worthy of our reference. Thirdly, our country should accelerate the legislation of Credit Standardization, and finally this thesis gives worthy proposal for the development of credit investigation industry and law system.
