On Perfection Of Credit Investigation System In Shanghai

Market economy is credit economy, which is based on credit of all participants. With the development of socialist market economy, credit investigation is playing a more and more important role in China. As an experimental base in China, Shanghai has been establishing a credit investigation system recently and achieved a lot of success. To strengthen the control and supervision of the credit investigation industry, the government of Shanghai has also constituted some regulations.Despite the progress, the credit investigation system in Shanghai that is still being perfected now can't meet the demands of people and society. By investigation, many shortages have been found in the process of the collection, valuation and application of credit information. In this dissertation the emphases of study have been put in the area of legislation and supervision. By the analysis of the every reason, it is argued that it is necessary to strengthen the legislation and supervision associated with credit investigation. Meanwhile a suggestion to choose the most suitable mode of credit investigation is put up in the dissertation. All the ideas mentioned are feasible. Hopefully they will be helpful for the government to perfect the credit investigation system.
