In the process of managing the state affairs, since ancient times, can not be separated from the consultation. There are many ways to negotiate, in our country, such a multi-party cooperation, multi generation leaders continue to explore the development of political parties in the perspective of deliberative democracy, and will be the main form of deliberative democracy. By parties, the political party to help the ruling party in policy formulation, decision grasp, a major strategic, national affairs and livelihood development and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, carry out democratic supervision, and the ruling party together, construction with Chinese characteristics socialist common efforts. Therefore, it is very important to study the theory and practice of Party consultation in the new era, which is of great significance to promote the development of multi-party cooperation. With the development of global economy and politics, the development of democratic politics has been changing rapidly, and the main form of deliberative democracy has been challenged by the political parties in our country. This paper in Guangxi democratic parties mainly political consultations of the Chinese peasants’ and workers’ Democratic Party to participate in and the Communist Party of China Committee of Guangxi as the research object, through the main situation of the current investigation of Guangxi political consultations, the achievements and existing problems. Analysis of these problems arise from the original, and try to use new public management theory to study countermeasures put forward with some practical and operational solutions to the problems and promote the development of Guangxi multi-party cooperation business.
