Research On Political Participation Of Democratic Parties In Grass-roots Organizations

As a fundamental political system in China, system of multi party cooperationand political consultation under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, is asocialist political party system with Chinese characteristics. The marked feature ofthis system is Chinese Communist Party leading, multi party cooperating, CommunistParty governing and multi party participating in political affairs. The multi partiesinclude all democratic parties in China. In order to meet the need of multi partycooperation, further consolidate political consultation system, carry forward politicalcivilization of socialism, the democratic parties as political participating partiesshould strengthen the abilities of participation in and consultation and improve theentire standard of all democratic parties. Based on the basic theory of democraticparties and the development of political participation, the author made a case analysisby taking a university in Xuzhou as instance. In this thesis, the author objectivelyanalyzed the general process and execution duties of the grassroots organizations ofDemocratic Party in this university and Xuzhou city. By analyzing this case, theauthor found that there still exist some problems, such as weak awareness ofparticipation in and consultation, absence of role models, unsmooth channel andincomplete system. Aiming at these problems, the author presents some suggestions,including further attach importance to ideological education, optimize leading group,establish effective systems of investigate and research, improve appraisal mechanism,development Network platform, build resource sharing system to further improve theabilities of participation in and consultation of grassroots organizations of democraticparties in China.
