The Study Of Environmental Ethics Based On The Marxist Concept Of Development

During the developing process of human society, the serious problems on environmental pollution are always coming with the rapid development of economy. However, in recent years, people’s conscious of environmental protection has indeed been promoted, and they have made it a significant social goal as economic development. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Chinese Dream has been concerned widely in society and Building Beautiful China has also become a topic warmly discussed by people. Beautiful China includes beauty of nature, ecology and environment, which reflects the harmony between human and nature. To make the goal accomplished, staying in the slogan is for not enough, we need to discuss the essence of environmental ethics profoundly. Therefore, it will have an important theoretic and practical meaning to study the environmental ethics from the perspective of Marxism Development View.Thus, this paper will focus on the environmental ethics from the perspective of Marxism Development View. In order to make a deep discussion, it will be guide by Marxism Development View, and use the methods of summarization, comparison and combine theory with practice. The paper compares the problems on environmental ethics in different periods, in order to dig out the relationships on it in Marxism Development View, and discover the orientation of environmental ethics of our country in the future.First of all, this paper introduces the researches on Marxism Development View and the basic theories about environmental ethics, basis on which the writer analyzes the essence of the environmental ethics in Marxism Development View. Current research consists of two kinds, including human centralism and non-human centralism, both of which have their own restriction. The environmental ethics in Marxism Development View calls for abandoning those restrictions and regarding the relationship between human being and nature correctly from the view of people foremost. Its basic idea is the view of wholly developing, historically developing, socially developing as basic idea, and its main content is the principal of environmental justice, the principal of equality between gaps, the principal of minimum impair and the principal of proportion. At the same time, the writer proves such ideas through explanation of the content about environmental protection in the Chinese Dream.Then, the paper introduces the practice of the environmental ethics in our country during 1980 s. Generally speaking, there has been some development of environmental protection, such as the strength of public and personal conscious on environmental protection, the improvement of environmental legal system, and the enhancement of the environmental education. On the other hand, we have to recognize the conflict of values on the environmental ethics, which focus on the difference of value, the disjointed theory and practice, the conflict between environment protection and economic development, etc.Afterwards, the paper analyzes the reasons cause problems on the environmental ethics. These reasons include the different cognitive methods, the obstacles in the practice popularization, and the imbalance due to conflict of interest. As to the conflict, there are not only the one between individuals and government, the one between different local governments, but also the one between central and local governments.Finally, the paper offers some solutions to solve those problems. We should establish the correct environment and ethics values in the three aspects including media publication, education and participation of environmental protection activities. With the government as the background, it can make contribution from the three aspects of giving right policy guidance; making appropriate developing plan and giving the corresponding financial support. Meanwhile, we shouldn’t ignore the measures on institution, such as completing the system of laws and regulations, improving the quality of executor. In brief, we need to make the application of environmental theory tend to be uniform with the practice, so as to achieve the purpose of combining theory and practice.
