Only in this way, our country could in an invincible position in the international community and realize the Chinese dream of great national renewal. Now, to understand the development of Science-Technology and to know how to construct an innovative country with Chinese characteristics are the main issues to be solved in China’s modernization. Therefore, under contemporary background, it is particularly important that we explore such a subject which is called ‘Marxism’s view of Science-Technology and its contemporary value’. Moreover, studying this issue has a great influence on implementing “talent powers” strategy and constructing an innovative country with Chinese characteristics by our country.
