| In 1848, Marx and Engels proposed the famous thought“The Two Inevitableâ€in “The communist manifestoâ€:The destruction of the bourgeoisie and the victory of the proletariat are equally inevitable. this thought expounds the necessity of socialism replacing capitalism. Later,in 1859, Marx put forward the thought“The two impossibilities†in “the preface to the critique of political economyâ€, Proposedâ€regardless of what a social form, before it can hold all the productivity in the play is not will perish; and the higher production relations, in its material exist conditions in the womb of the old society before the maturity of the is will never appear.â€This is the content of the“The Two Impossibilitiesâ€thought, which further and illustrate the hardships and twists of socialism replacing capitalism. This paper, based on the classical literature of Engels and Marx, systematically analyzes the historical background and theoretical sources of the two ideas, and analyzes and interprets the basic connotation of the two ideas and the relationship between them. Then it analyzes the changes of the capitalist society and the socialist society in the last one hundred years, which reveals the implication of the two ideas, especially the construction of the socialist society with Chinese characteristics has great practical significance.The full text is divided into three parts:In the first chapter, the historical background and theoretical sources of the two ideas are described. From the influence of the social revolution and the industrial revolution, the European Revolution in 1848-1849, Marx’s exploration of the political and economic fields, this paper expounds the historical background of two ideas: from the historical materialism theory, the theory of surplus value, and the basic contradiction theory of capitalism, two aspects are discussed in three aspects.The second chapter expounds the basic connotation of "The Two Inevitable" and “The Two Impossibilitiesâ€, and the relationship between them.
