Hu Sheng(1918-2000), China’s famous theorist in Marxism, philosopher and historian. From September 18 th Incident in 1931, affected by the current political situation, Hu Sheng began to choose the Marxism, and then chose the Chinese Communist party. As a theorist of CPC, Hu Sheng devoted his whole life to Marxism and the sinicization of Marxism, and made a contribution in many aspects. This research attempts to make a preliminary systematic study on the contribution of Hu Sheng to the sinicization of Marxism, and analyses the real inspiration today.This paper consists of the introduction and the main text. In the introduction, it summarizes the reason of choosing the topic and the current situation of the research. The text consists of five parts. In the first part, a brief review of Hu Sheng’s theory career from the perspective of the sinicization of Marxism, includes four stages of his early youth, youth, middle age and old age. The second part expounds the sinicization of Marxist philosophy is a basic project of the sinicization of Marxism, proving that Hu Sheng is an active participant of the sinicization of Marxism philosophy in China, and sums up the inspiration from two aspects of "popular philosophy" and “Marx doctrine life philosophy”. The third part elaborates that the sinicization of historical science of Marxism is an important aspect of the sinicization of Marxism, proving Hu Sheng is an important pioneer of the sinicization of historical science of Marxism, and sums up the inspiration from three aspects of “the innovation of historical theory”, “Historical popularization” and “the cultivation of historiography worker”. The fourth part elaborates Chinese Marxism is the theoretical fruit of the sinicization of Marxism, proving Hu Sheng is the propaganda interpreter of Chinese Marxism, and sums up inspiration from two aspects of “the popularization of Marxism and its theoretical achievements in China” and “popularity and development of Marxism”. The fifth part, from interactive relationship between theoretical workers and the sinicization of Marxism, brings out the summary that theoretical workers is an important subject of the sinicization of Marxism, so we have to respect and maintain the subject position of the theoretical workers and they have to adhere to promote theoretical innovation.
