At present, China’s economic and social development to enter the new normal. In contemporary Chinese, we want to truly solve the current society is facing a "moral crisis", must actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values. We want to really get obvious effect to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, it should be from the traditional culture, especially for ideological resources and support the consciousness of Confucian culture. Although our country in cultural development and value concept level with features of diversified development and pluralistic demands, but continuity and inheritance of the two thousand years of Confucian culture still has its existence rationality and great value of the times. This article is based on to explore solutions to the "moral crisis" way, promote the citizen moral construction,closely combined with cultivation and practice the socialist core value concept, deep mining, sorting and study of Confucian ideology and culture essence, in order to achieve to enhance citizen moral level, help the comprehensive construction of well-off society is the ultimate goal.Confucian culture is the backbone of Chinese traditional culture, to learn from the excellent Chinese traditional culture thought and moral essence of the essence, we must creative transformation and innovation development of the fine traditions of Confucian culture, value concept and moral norm. In this paper, the essence of Confucianism and thesocialist core values of the specific requirements on the civil level as a whole to have an inherent link to study.
