A Study On The Satisfaction Evaluation Of The Local Government’s Anti-corruption

Under the new situation of the overall construction of the socialist harmonious society,the public’s concern over corruption is increasing. The 18 th National Congress clearly pointed out: the whole Party is confronted with increasingly grave dangers of lacking in drive, incompetence, being out of touch with the people, corruption and other misconduct. It is intended to emphasize that the problem of building a clean government now is imminent and the dominant position of the people in our society. Meanwhile, as the first line of administrative work, local governments should respond to the call of the central government further, actively involved in local governments’ anti-corruption. Therefore, the main task of our Party’s anti-corruption work is construction of local government corruption with the evaluation criteria of people’s satisfaction.Satisfaction evaluation is a complex concept by a combination of public satisfaction and satisfaction measurement, the evaluation standard is based on the public as the core and attaches great importance to all aspects of the public feelings, combined with the appropriate formula and calculates the evaluation object corresponding to the results of the assessment process. Local government construction of a clean and honest administration satisfaction evaluation is based on the public’s satisfaction degree of local government construction of a clean and honest administration, generate the corresponding assessment results. The key point of the satisfaction evaluation of the local government’s clean government construction is the construction of the evaluation index system. Construction steps can be divided into dimension design, selected indicators, to determine the weight, calculation of each principal component index assessment results and the calculated local government construction of a clean and honest administration satisfaction of entropy, at this point, the entropy can be on behalf of local governments of a clean and honest government satisfaction. In order to verify the practicability of building evaluation system, this paper is based on the survey datas of Huarong County, Pingjiang County, Yueyang City, Hunan province, respectively evaluates satisfaction of anti-corruption of two local governments, and obtains evaluation results, finally satisfaction situation and existing problems of the two places are available through the comparison, at the same time, it also verifies the feasibility of the research method in this research. In addition, analyzing from the aspects of feasibility, increasingly prominent corruption problem provides an opportunity for the local government ’s anti-corruption, and the sensitivity of the people to the issue of anti corruption also provides a critical condition for this study. Therefore, it is feasible to evaluate satisfaction of the local government’s anti-corruption.The construction of a clean and honest government of the local government is our Party’s current and a long-term work which will continue to improve. Along with the development of the state and society, the construction of the local governments’ anti-corruption must experience a process that full of problems exposure and measures proposed. According to the study,we can find there are series of problems in the construction of Chinese local government and clean government. In order to solve these problems, the following measures should been done, such as strengthening the governing system construction, improving the administrative supervision mechanism, enhancing the quality of public servants, establishing the correct values.
