Evaluation Study On Satisfaction And Influence Of China Local Governments Microblog

In the background of the modern diversified society, the public have higher requirement for social management, and the decisions and measures which is made by governments unilaterally are more and more difficultly in widely recognizing. Therefore, the masses need the participation in the social management, government microblog has become an important way to attract people to participate in decision-making and adopt public opinion. But, government microblog has also exposed many problems. Some local government microblog became a mere formality without substantial content and continuing operations. The content of government microblog was too dull, too official and too boring. The effective communications and interactions were lacked between the public and government through government microblogs, and the government microblog has low information transparency in affairs publishing, etc,made the government microblog lose its effective. Building microblog evaluation system of local government could not only manage and normalize government microblog, but also be used as the management standard, and the evaluation index which could measure the effectiveness of the government microblog. That make the government microblog runs in a reasonable and specified way.This paper applies the methods such as AHP, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, PCA, ACSI model analysis, questionnaire survey to build evaluation index system of local government microblog. And the paper analyses the applicability of the theories, expounds the principles and steps of constructing evaluation index system, and dealt with the development course of China's local government microblog. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis, this article builds the framework of the microblog evaluation index system of local government and put forward two dimensions of the evaluation, namely microblog satisfaction evaluation of local government and influence evaluation of local government microblog. In the end, this paper applies the evaluation index system to the concrete practice in a case study, and selects the Zaozhuang government microblog as the research object. First, the evaluation index system of local government about microblog users satisfaction is applied to users' satisfaction comprehensive evaluation, and the result is that the public is satisfied with the microblog of Zaozhuang government.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter, introduction. Outlining the background and research significance of government microblog study, the research both domestic and foreign of microblog and government microblog, the research method and train of thought, the content, and framework.The second chapter expounds the basic theory of evaluation index system of local government microblog. Elaborate a variety of theory and method in constructing evaluation index system of local government microblog.The third chapter is a development research on China's local governments microblog. In order to build an evaluation index system of government microblog, it need an analysis of existing problems for government microblog in the actual process, such as microblog application management without planning and systeming; Name without unified standard; lack of continuity on microblog management; fuzzy function of microblog; improvement on microblog political ideas, etc., which has paved the way for the behind construction of evaluation index system.The fourth chapter introduces the process of the construction of microblog evaluation index system of local government in detail. This chapter firstly introduces the basic ideas and principles of constructing the index system for local government microblog, and on this basis, it build the microblog evaluation index system of local government. Microblog evaluation of local government is mainly satisfaction index and influence index, then it filter index and design the weight, finally it build the evaluation system respectively from two dimensions of influence and satisfaction.In the fifth chapter, with the example of microblog development of Zaozhuang government, user satisfaction and influence of Zaozhuang government microblog are analyzed in detail.The sixth chapter mainly gives corresponding suggestions to enhance the satisfaction and influence of local government micro-blog, hopes to play the role of the topic for our country to strengthen government affairs public and enhance the public information transparency.The seventh chapter is mainly summary and expectation on the previous works, which summarizes the concrete research content and related technical route of this article, points out the shortage of the existing research and work to do in the next research.Building microblog evaluation of local government is far-reaching significant, which can strengthen the effective communication between government and the public, also can strengthen the government information transparency, improve the government's credibility. Therefore, the government should update microblog ideas, attaches great importance to the microblog content, strengthen the cooperation between government and other microblog platforms, use specialized operations team to manage microblog and expand the government's development scope, which could improve the satisfaction and influence and the quality of government microblog.
