Community is not only the most basic and direct unit for urban residents, but also the basic organization of city management. As the further deepening of reform and opening to the outside world and the progress of urbanization, some problems, such as increasing of floating population of the community, the growth of population density, the deterioration of traffic, disruptions of public order, bring double trouble for managers and residents and impede city development. Urban community grid management through BPR(Business Process Reengineering) of digital technique of network realizes the innovation of urban community management, aiming at providing the residents with a full range of high efficiency, high quality, seamless services through integrating within the jurisdiction of all kinds of resources.This paper is mainly based on documentation method, field survey and case analysis, using community governance theory and urban community grid management theory as the theoretical basis. In the analysis of Beijing Dongcheng District, Shanghai Changning District, the two most typical urban community grid management practice case, the author has investigated her work place as Community Grid Management which is located in Jinan Huaiyin District Nanxin Zhuang Street. She put forward the optimization solutions to the existing problems for Nanxin Zhuang Street grid management work, in order to provide theoretical and practical reference.The innovation of this paper lies in that in the discussion of innovative combination of the grid management theory and grid management technology. Analysing Nanxin Zhuang Street Community’s current situation of grid management and putting forward the reasonable advice on the optimization according to the existing problems can expand the research insight of gridding management.
