In this paper, according to ask questions, analyze problems,problem-solving ideas carried out by our history judge system analyzed and summarized,clear the Background of the Judges’ Law and "lifelong responsibility of the case","he proposed that" the case is responsible for life system "main problem lies in the lack of legal basis, accountable program are missing, the ambiguity of responsibility, through in-depth analysis of the problem, and then make some suggestions to strengthen the independence of judges in the adjudication of cases, the establishment of the responsibility of tracing specification program, giving the judge right to be heard, a sound security system of judges,to judge from the wrong case to build accountability system for judges and corrections system as the main content of the case lifelong accountability, and affirms the significance of lifelong responsibility.
