Study On The Rural Family Pension Issues Under The International Relationships Of Change

Family pension in China has a long history, it has played a significant role in solving the problem of China’s pension. Even now the social security system is widely covered, the family pension for the elder, especially old-age pensions in rural still play an irreplaceable role. The family pension is maintained for thousands of years and continues until today, because of continuous change, eternal existence of family intergenerational relationship support its operation. However, under the influence of the core of the family structure, the trend of miniaturization, the family intergenerational relations of the focus gradually decline, which has caused a huge impact on the traditional family pension, the functions of family pension are gradually weakened. However, at present, China has already faced the grim situation of the old, the aging problem is very serious, Therefore, with the widely established the social security system, while the protection level of the rural areas is low, strengthen the function of the family pension is particularly important.In this paper, we study the rural family pension, in the context of different periods of intergenerational relations, the rural family pension and the changes of the family pension in different periods. On the basis of careful design of the questionnaire, the study of the elder in Kunshan District of Shanghai city is carried out. Through index selection, data processing, from the economic support, life care, health status and mental comfort in the four aspects of the elder, and the analysis of the trend of the inverse tilt, the trend of family intergenerational relations to rural areas of the traditional family pension has brought about how to change? What impact did these changes affect the old age of the elder in the region? In the process of the change of the intergenerational relationship, which factors are conducive to the consolidation of the function of the family pension, what are the factors that hinder the function of the family pension?This paper argues that intergenerational relationships with the development of China’s remarkable social change, the impact of these changes in general more harm than good to the cause of family pension, the Rural Family Support caused a huge impact in particular. However, since China’s rural social security pension level is limited, the family pension is still the endowment patterns of survival in rural areas. family pension will continue to play a leading role for the aged in the long term.Therefore, we propose to solve the pension problem in China’s rural areas by strengthening the pension responsibility of the family, which is based on building a harmonious family intergenerational relations, from three levels proposed to solve the problem of rural family pension and come up with the suggestions to the solutions. In order to build a harmonious intergenerational relations system, countries should provide comprehensive protection. Meanwhile, intergenerational community should provide comprehensive support services to build a harmonious relationship. What’s more, families should provide rich supply of resources to build a harmonious intergenerational relations. Countries, communities, families from different levels to provide support for building a harmonious intergenerational relations, making efforts together to solve problems and contribute to rural family pension.
