Drug problems had been a great threat to the survival and development of human beings in global wide. In 2014, there are 2.955 million registered drug users in Chin, including 1.459 million synthetic drug addicts. It is the first time that synthetic drug addicts over number the opium addicts. Among the 2.345 million addicts till 2015, over 1.34 million people used synthetic drugs, covered 57.1% of the total amount. Synthetic drug abuses are much more serious than the other drugs.The appearance of internet drug traffics had made the internet a new way for drug using, drug dealing and drug production, which became one of the reasons of synthetic drug abuse; On the other hand, the drug dealers take advantages of online video chatting to allure adolescents using drugs together, and activities after drug use such as online gamble are provided, which intensify the trend of adolescent drug abuse.This article is based on the data from Chinese drug report (2016), Chinese anti-drug report (2013-2015), World drug report (2014-2015), Chinese drug abuse monitoring report (2014) and the case interview of 15 synthetic drug users younger than 35 years old in a addiction treatment center, using the differential strengthen from social study theory as the analysis structure, the newest features of synthetic drug abuse in Internet era are collected, the influence of internet to synthetic drug use of adolescents is discussed, and the countermeasures of using the Internet to fulfill the needs of anti-drug education services are provide, too.The article is divided into five parts. The first paragraph clarifies the tendency of drug abuse both international and national, as well as the new trend of internet drug problems. According to the report from global countries, the synthetic drugs, especially new stimulus things are increasing, and China is one of the important resources of synthetic drug production and consumption. Meanwhile, it concludes the changes of synthetic drug circulation caused by internet, such as the anonymous communication measures, "the dark net", private social website, the convenience payment measures, bit-coins, portable payment, and the fast traffic patterns, express delivery.The second paragraph reviews the reference of drug abuse and deviant behavior from macro scope and microscope, and analysis the challenges that mass media and promotional education institutions are facing from the social control, social anomie, social study and discourse construction perspectives.The third paragraph introduces the theory and measures. Secondly, the interpersonal patterns of internet fulfill the vacancy of systematic drug user group losing, and contain the multitudinous atmosphere needed. Besides that, the virtual world provides more entertainment deviated from the mainstream values; sex, gamble and other activities once popular in the offline world now can pursuit on the internet. Thirdly, the centralization of drug users in cyber space makes the incensement of the ratio of people support drug in the whole groups, which strengths their beliefs that drug do not harm. Subculture of drug are prompted in cyber space through the fragmentizational information and diversified promulgators,while the diversified ideology and inclination of entertainment in the post-modern social environment bring out the best to drug subculture, and the tendency of consumerism controlled people’s mind to use materials control their spirits. According to these elements, drugs use seems to be a behavior with lower risk and higher interests, and also supported by the culture and ideology, so, it strengths the drug abuse behaviors.In the fifth paragraph, conclusions are made and countermeasures are suggested. To break the strength effect of internet, the targeted measures are needed to fight against internet drug crimes, such as prompt the legal risk of drug use, effective monitor of internet. The most important thing is that play the positive role of internet in anti-drug education. Implement the anti-drug education efficiently in accordance with specific conditions of different groups and different ages, and solve the practical and long-term problems of anti-drug education.
